Rythena

How can we help?

Contact AppSurge for help with Rythena, purchases or a privacy request.

Start with a small check-in

Onboarding can use your last period start and usual cycle length for an early estimate. You can skip answers you do not know. The calendar is available immediately. In Log, record only what you want to keep, then tap Save.

Understand your dates

Period and fertility dates are estimates based on the answers and records you choose to save. A calendar estimate does not confirm ovulation or pregnancy and must not be used for contraception or medical decisions. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional when you need personal medical advice.

Restore or manage Plus

Open Settings → Plus & purchases → Restore purchases using the Apple Account that purchased the subscription. To change or cancel a subscription, use your device’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Restore purchases restores access; it does not recover your journal. Core tracking stays available without Plus.

Your journal and backups

Settings → Privacy & protection contains local deletion, account recovery and optional encrypted backup controls. Manual backups support journals up to 1 MB. Rythena Plus adds automatic encrypted sync for journals up to 4 MB while the app is open and unlocked, with review before adding a cloud journal to a new phone and when devices make conflicting edits. Local records remain available if an upload cannot finish.

Plus supporter sharing creates only the summary you preview. Links expire and can be revoked in Manage supporter access; revocation cannot remove a copy someone already saved. Deleting local records pauses sync and clears local upload drafts. Separate cloud copies and shared summaries must be deleted or revoked separately. Local deletion and cloud-account deletion do not cancel an App Store subscription.

Email and passkey sign-in are optional. A new device still needs your recovery key to decrypt your journal. Sign-in uses an email verification code or public passkey credentials; recovery and journal encryption keys stay on your devices. Never send those keys to support.

Reading statistics are optional and off by default. You can withdraw reading-stat sharing in Learning preferences or Privacy & protection. For a request concerning information already received by AppSurge, email support and identify Rythena.

Send a useful report

Include the app version, iOS version, your language and the steps that caused the problem. Please do not send recovery keys, passwords or private journal details. In-app Help & feedback lets you review your message before sending it.
